• To pay your ground rent you will require your unique property reference and the amount you wish to pay. These can both be found on your invoice.
• You will be passed to the takepayments site to complete your payment in a completely secure environment.
• Once payment has been made you will receive a confirmation email from takepayments. Please keep this as a proof of payment.
